Sean LaFountain - 100-297 HS & BSD #7 School Board Member. Current 100-297 Grant Board President. 561 Middle School Board Member. This is Sean's second term on the Belcourt School Board. Sean holds the position of Drug/Alcohol Coordinator/Human Resource Investigator for the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians. Sean has worked for the TMBCI for 15 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's in Management. Sean has coached for several years in the past for the Belcourt Schools and has a passion for athletics as well as academics. Sean believes in whatever it takes to keep a student motivated to stay in school. Sean is married to Lori LaFountain and they have three son's Trent, Connor and Nate whom all currently and proudly attend the Belcourt Schools. |

![]() Allan Malaterre - 100-297 HS & BSD #7 School Board Member. Allan was first elected to the school board in 1988 and has since served five consecutive three year terms from 1988 to present. Allan has also previously served as Board President during his terms held on the school board. Allan has previouly served on other local boards such as the Tribal Emploment Rights Ordinance Commission and Uniband Board of Directors and currently serves as Public Utilities Commission Chairman. Allan is employed by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Tribe as Property and Supply Manager. Allan has been employed in this position since 1980. Allan and his wife Shirley have three daughters, Leslie, Alana and Jacy. |
Jeremy Laducer - 100-297 HS & BSD #7 School Board Member. Mr. Laducer was elected in 2007 and has served as the 100-297 & BSD#7 Board President. Mr. Laducer holds a Master in Management Degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration. Jeremy has served on various boards throughout college and his professional career. Jeremy resigned as the Transportation Director for the Turtle Mountain Tribe in 2013. He has been selected twice to serve on the National Indian Reservation Roads Program Coordinating Committee by his peers in the Great Plains Region. Jeremy was awarded and honored with a plaque for his work and commitment to the Indian Reservation Roads Program by the Northern Plains Tribal Technical Assistance Program and was recognized by the Tribal Council as Department of the Year in 2010. Currently Jeremy is starting several small businesses to serve the Turtle Mountains and surrounding areas. Mr. Laducer and his wife Khara have four sons, Brek, Tate, Keon and Syer. |

Jim Parisien - 100-297 HS School Board Member. Served 22 years on the Belcourt School District Board. Served 6 years on the PL-561 School Board as Chairman. I worked for the Turtle Mountain Tribe for 20 years as the Equal Employments Rights Officer (EEOC) and Tribal Employment Rights Officer (TERO). Since Jim’s semi-retirement with the TM Tribe in 2003, Jim has worked for the Tribe as an Internal Investigator (2 years) and Field Inspector (1 year). Jim has served on the Public Utilities Commission Board for 14 years and is presently the Chairman of the Board. Prior, Jim was employed by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for 18 years as a Water and Sewage Operator. Jim is married to Rose Marie Parisien who retired in 2011 from the Belcourt High School. Together they raised 6 children, Jesse (deceased), James Jr., Peggy, Becky (deceased), Paula and Paulette. They presently have 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. |
