SPRINT
TEACHERS:

When bringing students to SPRINT you MUST have completed 15-day intervention logs. The log should state the goal at the top, and the intervention should reflect that goal. The logs should be completed for every day that you work with the student and the outcome/percentages must be listed in the SCORE/RESULTS section of the form. If your logs are not complete the SPRINT TEAM will not review the student's folder.
