The American Rescue Plan (ARP) was signed into law by President Biden on March 11, 2021. This legislation provides ESSER III funding for school districts. The purpose of the funds is to provide emergency relief to address the impact COID-19 has had, and continues to have on elementary and secondary schools across the nation.
